Do Shuttles have Self-Destruct?

I was watching "Dark Frontier" and that got me thinking. If a shuttle has warp drive, does it have the ability to self-destruct?

I think it does. Chakotay said he set the shuttle to self-destruct in that episode where he went after Seska. At least that's how I remember it.

Oh yeah, i had forgotten that. I was just thinking it would've made more sense for them to self-destruct the shuttle when the Borg were assimilating it in Dark Frontier than idly let them have it.

^^I thought the intent was to let them have it, hoping they'd be distracted assimilating that while the boarding party infiltrated the ship?

I wouldn't think so but they do have an energy core like a star ship, so if it were taken over they could easily just blow up the shuttle.
I will go look at the manuals.
