SMALLVILLE Winter Hiatus Thread *Spoilers!*

Jetfire took the words right out of my mouth what I wanted as well. What we want is unfortunately not cared about this show. I laughed at Tom's comment that this has been Clark Kent's story, not Superman's and that it was important they care to wrap it up. I realize that. My problem is that it's taken ten freaking years and you've used most of Superman's villains to do so. Pathetic.

 

Imagine that there's no Superman.

Don't calculate your disappointment, but try to weigh the balls on the producers that after all this, Clark becomes "The Blur" for realz, and only the Blur and always the Blur forever.

Short of killing the character off, that would be the bravest thing the Dicks could possibly do.

 

This teaser gave me chills.

 

No offense to the person or persons who made that...but it looks fan-made. I got no chills...just...

We want to see Welling in the freakin' \S/uit!!!

 

They are probably holding off on showing Welling in the suit until the finale.

 

I am a little jaded... I am sick of being teased.

I can see this being a good thing...but this late into the season? Ugh. As I said before I don't have a problem with this...but how many times can Lois have powers when this show is gonna end soon??? Is she gonna fly before Clark!? Wait!!! She already did in "Isis".

 

I said this from the start and still am sticking with it...we'll see Tom in the suit in the finale, and not before. Unless some leaks photos So the only reason they're giving Lois his powers for a day is to give her more insight into what it's like to be him? Don't they talk with one another? Obviously she can't know physically what's going on with him...but surely they must have in-depth conversations with one another. I have imagined that the comic book Lois and Clark have had these conversations. I agree, it's a little late in the season to be pulling a stunt like this.

Is it just me or did the article I posted from Natalie Abrams that had the headline teaser..."Death Comes to Smallville..." not have Brian and Kelly follow up on that in their interview?

 

As usual, Kelly really didn't say a whole lot that was significant.

Sounds like the series finale will be like the "valentine's day gift" that Berman & Braga gave ENTERPRISE fans for their finale.

 

^ This is the feeling I've got as well. Which means it's gonna suck.

 

I have been thinking alot about the final scene of Smallville. I am wondering if we might see a "Christopher Reeves style ending" with Tom's superman flying in space towards the camera and then veering off.
