Exactly, but the poll only lets you pick up to a length of one year ago implying that's the longest possible threshold between being a virgin and not being one. Since I haven't had sex in six or seven years the only answer that fits for me is "never" which means by the definitions laid out in this poll I'm a virgin again!

The correct option would be "More than 1 year ago." I didn't think the poll was that hard to grasp. How many more options would you have liked?
I think you're missing the more part of "More than 1 year ago." 6-7 years qualifies as more than one year.

In fact, if you have an option for "more than 15 years ago" I would have selected that but I wouldn't have selected "more than 20 years ago".
