I'm having two dinners these days, trying to put on lot of muscle. I had a bacon cheeseburger/onions for the first and an 18 oz tbone i found on sale for the 2nd, plus a can of baked beans.

FYI I saw someone mention pizza - if any of you are ever in DC, make sure you find a place called "We the Pizza". Personally the best pizza I've ever had.

Baked chicken breasts marinated in italian dressing, and a glass of water.

Then I'm planning on having a Diet Pepsi and something sweet and sugary.

I'm trying to get my mom off of diet coke. There was some kind of study recently about how awful diet soda is for you. NM the aspartame, I just googled it, apparently it's safe.

I'd read the study, and the reports on the study, and I'm not totally convinced.

Further, not even the flesh is willing to give it up, let alone the spirit.

Now a good old fashioned COKE every once in awhile is one of my favorite vices. The little 8 oz glass mini bottles walmart sells now are PERFECT. Esp for a Jack & Coke.

The fact that for most of my life it's been the only soda available in my house?

Now a good old fashioned COKE every once in awhile is one of my favorite vices. The little 8 oz glass mini bottles walmart sells now are PERFECT. Esp for a Jack & Coke.

I have too many food vices...some of which probably don't count as vices.

I had pepperoni and green pepper pizza for dinner... not too exciting... Dominoes... but a great deal. I'll get like 6 meals out of it, as long as it keeps.
