Well judging by the Cybermat's appearance with the black tear eye design it's probably the Cybus version minus Cybus logo

Ofcourse they could be holding back the original version for the finale.

I just hope the new one's don't purge the Cybus version like the new Daleks did to the RTD version.

Of course it is possible that they could be Prime Universe (can that term be used in Doctor Who?) Cybermen who look like the Cybus ones but with a different logo on the chest. Like what they had in that video game last year.

My guess is they'll just not reference which ones they are. Short of a design change, I'm sure the assumption will be AU Cybermen, but they probably won't make it clear (I also don't expect them to be redesigned any time soon).
