yes you do, i think presbyterian thing should have been a clue, the fact is Michael Dorn the actor is also a vegan, a democrat and a liberal. So i was kind of church, something does not compute, but good try anyways

Where does it say that Presbyterians can't be Democrats and vice-versa? Here's the very first item in a google search:

I'm a Democrat and a Presbyterian - I'm more of a moderate than a liberal, but there are Presbyterians who are liberal as well as those who are conservative and everything in between. We are in some ways a fairly diverse group, at least when considering the liberal to conservative range. I even know some Presbys who are vegetarian. I can't think of a full-scale vegan Presbyterian right off the top of my head, but there's no way we don't include at least a few among our numbers. All mainstream denominations demonstrate this sort of diversity. That's why they are considered "mainstream."

No, no - I'm a committed omnivore. Not sure how I feel about drinking my animal proteins, though...though come to think of it, I guess that would also describe milk. Call it a cultural bias.
