Come on, it's just a baby elephant. ;) Now, if you weighed the same as a standard elephant, I'd be worried.

Great thread title, by the way. :lol: It's one of those "what on earth does that mean, I'd better go in and see" titles.

I've been stagnant at 92 kg for nearly 2 years now. In the past 7 years I've fluctuated from 103, the most I've ever had, to 87 after a summer diet, back to 97, and down to 82 after, not so much a diet but, years of smart eating. That's supposedly my ideal weight, but I've held it for about a day.

Handy translation for other brits in the house:

250lbs = 17 stone 8 pounds.

92kg = 14 stone 5 pounds.

82kg = 12 stone 9 pounds.

My peaks life weight was about 261lb.(119kg). Right now I have been hovering around 240. I have been eating badly lately because of poverty, but I am lucky I guess because I was too poor to eat a lot so my calorie intake mustn't have been that high. Soon I'll be able to go back to low-carbing so I am looking forward to the scale numbers going down again.

At my heaviest I weighed 268.8lbs but since adjusting my calorific intake to be below my base metabolic rate, I have lost 18lbs in the last three months, without exercising. I've fluctuated up and down in that time too, but the lowest was 250lbs about two weeks ago, I'm currently at 254.6, so getting back down to it. My goal is to be 180lbs by December.
