Top Gear New Series

I will give Top Gear US a shot when it airs. But it will not be as awesome as the original.

Someone on another board I go on has posted that BBC America will show top gear with out cutting the usual bits out, but some of the music may have to change for copy-write reasons.

They'll probably have to use hour-and-a-half time segments then, right? I can't imagine they'd nix the commercials.

The other option would but to air it on PBS. (Which I think they should do anyway.) I think the audience potential would be larger.

They change much of the music come the dvd releases anyway, so that doesn't surprise me. As for Top Gear USA, can I ask why two of them have to wear the same shirt? Are they a couple or something? Let us know how to goes will you, I've just started watching Top Gear Aussie edition, which isn't great but looks to be okay so far, not as funny but they seem to know what they're talking about a bit more than thouse three did.

The person on the other board said there would be ads so would that be a 1.15 time slot?

You might not get the Senna tribute, because F1 wanted that much money for it that they had to take it out of the BBC2 repeat and people in OZ did not get to see it at all.

Watching BBCA's first run of episode 360, where they build motor homes.

My question is, how can they let these goofballs drive those wrecks on public roads, in traffic?

Clarkson's leaning tower eventually tips over due to wind, sitting still.

Here are a list of TG filming dates, so we can guess the airing dates.

Just May, as far as I can tell. Clarkson and Hammond don't look any different than the past few seasons.

So glad to see this show back. As surprisingly not horrible as TGUS has been, it's the hamburger to the UK show's filet mignon.

Hammond has had his long hair cut, all his fan girls where begging him to get it chopped.

The trailer for the Xmas special just stunned me - "You have just landed in Iraq. Bethlehem is 1200 miles that way. Picking up some gold, frankincense and myrrh on the way..."
