Since you have the vets to thank for you right to an opinion,

Only those who actually really had to defend my freedom (actually, my ancestors'freedom) and my life.
The army now is just protecting the economic and political imprerialism, certainly not my life and my rights.
Respect for that ? No, I feel sorry for them.

you do that, the rest of us can respect them for willingly risking and sacrificing their lives for us. you can say you disagree with their commanding officers, the politicians, whatever. frankly so do i sometimes. but taking it out on the vets is just, well wrong. i presume you've never heard the word, chain of command.

but all in all. have no fear, you wont ruin the statistics, there are plenty of people who actually gives a shit about people dying for them. frankly, the respect they dont get from you, they get from me. so it pans out in the long run.


(in case someone is wondering why i'm hard on these guys and taking this personally. I am from a military family and as stated earlier i have friends in the military from several different countries. Also, i have signed up for the swedish army as well.)
