I've just been wondering while looking at the schedule if there's a game today why the NFL always has almost all games scheduled on sundays. Wouldn't it make more sense to split up the game day to friday-saturday-sunday-monday to be able to show the maximum amount of games live without overlap of individual games?
That's more or less where pay-tv in European football seems to be headed and, maybe I'm missing something I don't know, but it strikes me as something where the NFL could still make more money than they do already.

As I sit and sweat blood over whether I can pay my mortgage and get food on the table while I cowtow to prig of a boss, I wish I'd been born a man who could throw a football. You can literally get away with anything. Drunk driving, killing a pedestrian while drunk driving, trying to murder your girlfriend, rape, dog killing.....must be nice. The Barry Sanders, Walter Paytons, and Sam Bradfords are the very rare exception.
