What would Picard and co. have been in the Mirror universe?

no, just because its the mirror uni doesn't mean EVERYTHING is the exact opposite.

In general i think it only applies to earth, and it still doesnt necessarily mean "exact opposite"... so the "mirror universe" is kind of a misnomer. and the differences between our universe and the mirror universe started with some kind of event in our shared history... meaning, before a certain point in time, the mirror uni and the regular uni were pretty much the same... i think

So guinan would be pretty much the same, since shes REALLY old, and she comes from a far away planet.

While I'm a huge fan of the earlier mentioned civilian archaeologist Picard, sounds logical, I wouldn't mind seeing a wild rebel Picard. More akin to how he was in his youth before he was stabbed. I imagine that all panning out with Picard being lucky back then, spotting the knife, dodging and somehow stabbing the guy to death. Suddenly we have a young Picard, still with his rebellious bravado but now not having the sense knocked in to him and instead taking a life; making for a much darker, brasher, future Picard.

Picard remains captain if the ISS Stargazer. He would have never allowed the Ferengi the chance to shoot first.

Riker as captain of Enterprise C, still in service since there was no brave sacrifice made for the Klingons. However, this ship is slated for decommissioning. He mutinies with his crew upon finding out that Terran Command wishes to make him a mere first officer onboard the new Galaxy class Enterprise D due to not so stellar performance, making the C a rogue ship.

This leaves the D to be captained by Lore. Lore is an android born from the M-5 multitronics brain a century and a half ago, being modified by Soong and upgraded from Multitronic to Positronic. He is the ultimate Terran captain, obeying every Imperial order with no bending of the rules. He is also absolutely ruthless. He also has a hidden cabin aboard the D with a mutilated Data, which he is using for spare parts since the death of Soong by his hand for refusing to give him an emotion upgrade chip that was already completed.

First officer is Wesley Crusher, who was the subject of prototype genetic engineering to give him remarkable capabilities for technological knowhow. However, the tradeoff made him physically immobile, his only method of mobility being an exoskeleton suit. While the suit enhances his physical strength, he is greatly frustrated by his inability to be intimate with any female.
