MOAR PICS

Great pic Squiggy. You both look so happy, and she is positively ADORABLE!

Went to the Nats/Cubs game last night. Had fun despite the Nats losing.

Me with "Teddy":

The moon was gorgeous last night:

Screech was unhappy with the Nats' loss. :(

This isn't a pic, it's a video, but that's because my camera, set up for night shots, was rendered moot when my neighbor decided she wanted to turn on the light right as the ISS started to come into view.

Anyhoo, here's the best I could do, a short video I took with said camera:

That, my friend, is what is known as an excuse for justifiable homicide. ;)

Seriously! Just as I was getting prepared to take a few shots, there was a *click* *Pop* bright light everywhere, and I had to quickly detach the camera from the tripod and turn it to video so I could get something before the ISS was gone. I was about to burst a blood vessel!

That's not a space station. That's a pixel.;)
I'm going to have to dust off my telescope one of these nights when I feel like braving the hummingbird size mosquitos around here.

True. I did my best to enhance it here:

But that's all I can do. Man, I wish my neighbors wouldn't have done that. I had my camera set up for some great pictures.

Did you guys know that you can just buy lab coats? They don't check to make sure that you're actually a doctor or scientist or anything!

I ordered it for two reasons:

1: I want everyone in my chemistry class to know that I am without a doubt the biggest dork in there.
2: I've noticed that when one is wearing a lab coat, people tend to believe anything they say.

Went to Colchester zoo with the children today, and it was the first warm-ish, sunny day we've had for some time - we were so delighted! Here are a few snaps:

Well, this little dude isn't ours, but I can only hope our kid is half as cute as he is. Here's myself and my girlfriend with our good friend's son Nicky.

^^ You're quite the photog *AN OFFICER*

They should hire you to do publicity stuff for them!

^*Flux* I have no doubt you and your beautiful girlfriend would reproduce very very adorable!

^ Why, thank you! I have much to learn, and I am more lucky than proficient, but I'm having fun along the way.
Quite exhausting, I must say. It was a marathon to see all the animals we possibly could by getting there first thing in the morning, but I think it must be physically impossible to see everything in one day! Oh well, I guess we'll have to go again next summer, god willing. It's a tough job, but I will do it, for the kids' sake you understand. :p

Flux and girlfriend, you make a very cute trio. :D

I finally got around to finish processing some photos I took back in July! These are of my friend's kids somewheres in Central Park:
