Apparently only to haters of the film."Nuked the Fridge" is a common term for = bad movie?
Really? I frequent many sites and have never, I mean NEVER heard that.
Sounds like a large bit of projecting and editorializing by the guy in that piece.
I really liked Indy 4 and I've dealt with the issues before here and elsewhere. Not going to change anyones mind but it wasn't a bad movie and fits with so much else established in the Indy film-verse. I'd have altered a few things sure but its a fine film.
All Indy adventures are crazy so for Shia to say that doesn't shock me.
Going after the Biblical Lost Ark, yeah that's routine.
Mystical stones containing diamonds that bring life to dead geography, normal.
Of course a regular brass cup that brings eternal life and heals is very regular.
"Nuking the fridge" is the new "Jumping the shark".
The author of that piece implies its a now 'common' term.
To that I say he is wrong. A small minority sure, everyone, no. I'm not seeing it. Here, BOM or elsewhere after 2yrs.
This is a far cry of PROOF of COMMONALITY. WOW, it made the Urban Dictionary!!Just because you say it is doesn't make it so. I've never seen it used except maybe once or twice on this board.
http://tinyurl.com/27r736zA site kept up by basement dwelling losers. Color me unimpressed.
FAIL, by you...and the author frankly of proving Nuke the Fridge is some common deregatory now exchanged on the 'net for something bad.
LOL, you are taking thing extremely serious, aren't you?

And then again, "nuke the fridge" is one of Time's Top 10 Buzz Words of 2008 (together with "Rickrolled", "Change", "Bailout" and "Tweet"
