Smallville Summer Hiatus Thread III (Spoilers)

Plenty of songs about this broad.

Kryptonite woman, walking down the street
Kryptonite woman, the kind I like to meet
Kryptonite woman
I don't believe you, you're not the truth
No one could look as good as you
Mercy

Kryptonite woman, won't you pardon me
Kryptonite woman, I couldn't help see
Kryptonite woman
That you look lovely as can be
Are you lonely just like me
Wow

Kryptonite woman, stop a while
Kryptonite woman, talk a while
Kryptonite woman, gave your smile to me
Kryptonite woman, yeah yeah yeah
Kryptonite woman, look my way
Kryptonite woman, say you'll stay with me
'Cause I need you, I'll trear you right
Come with me baby, be mine tonight

Kryptonite woman, don't walk on by
Kryptonite woman, make me cry
Kryptonite woman, don't walk away, hey...okay
If that's the way it must be, okay
I guess I'll go on home, it's late
There'll be tomorrow nigh, but wait
What do I see
Is she walking back to me
Yeah, she's walking back to me
Oh, oh, Kryptonite woman

But you know that the Kryptonite Man is a real Superman Villain from decades back.

Not sure if the people writing those episodes did however.

Question: Can you give us Smallville fans any juicy Lois and Clark spoilers? —Wahyu
Ausiello:
Episode 6, titled “Harvest,” contains some good Clois action. “It’s a creepy ghost town episode, and Lois and Clark find themselves forced together,” reveals exec producer Brian Peterson. “He doesn’t have his powers, and she finds out a lot more about him than she thought she knew.”

Why do I have a feeling this episode is going to be like that "X-files" episode where Scully is trapped in town full of pod people.

^

And Clark, once again w/o his powers.

What's next, another Red K ep? I mean seriously, this is the epic season that Kelly and Brian keep raving about?

Smallville's basically like a race car. When you want use the NOS you use it. When you don't, you pull back.

When they want to pull out the epic moments they will. For the majority of the time they'll stick to mediocre material to pass the time.

"Harvest" sounds like a filler episode and a bad one of course at that. @Guy...yes I'm familiar with the Kryptonite Man from the comics but that still doesn't justify turning Lana into a joke, not that she wasn't before mind you, but this was hardly the send off they were promising for her. It's not even tragic. Like I've stated before it's just an even more obvious and physical way of showing that Clark and Lana are toxic for each other and can't be together. I don't understand how they thought this was a compelling story to write. I've maintained that I would have much rather had Lana's video diary be the last thing we saw of her and she go off and do her own thing. The Isis Foundation wasn't a bad idea but having her put on that silly suit was the worst possible thing they could have done to her character and doesn't redeem her at all.

The early episodes like Clark investigating illegal immigrants hardly matter to the big scope of the season. Usually the last five minutes are whats important.

It will be if they discover during the process that all his paperwork is bullshit. Consider, they invent a computer program that with a push a button that can verify if some one is a REAL American or a dirty foreigner...

"Oh god Clark, what are you? Canadian? That's... Disgusting. I can't even look at you any more."

Bugboy returns!

Smallville's producers were not joking when they said that echoes from the show's past would be returning in the final season.
KryptonSite has learned that the 200th episode, "Homecoming," will feature a return appearance by none other than Chad E. Donella as the character "Greg Arkin." Arkin was last seen all the way back in the show's second, and aside from a comic book tie-in, the character has not been heard of since he disappeared as a large group of bugs.
"Homecoming" should be airing in October.

one meteor freak?

What about the lot of them in a class action law suit against Clark for all that harassment and abuse?

Hells bells, it worked for the last episodes of Seinfeld.

I'd not be shocked if this episode was actually Clark's high school reunion or something and he discovers Greg wanting some kind of lame revenge scheme and he calls in Lois to help investigate. It still doesn't explain Brainiac 5's presence.

I actually think this is cool. :)
