Bought Cosmos by Carl Sagan, two more Henley neck t-shirts (one dark grey, one indigo) and another pima cotton sweater (light grey) at GAP, and a new and improved black (finally!) chat-pad and earphones with mic for my Xbox.

Batman: Arkham Asylum for the Xbox 360. It's the first truly good Batman videogame I've ever played.

We just got a Zojirushi rice cooker. A little one for just the two of us. Can't wait to try it out.

And a new blender--a low-end one, to compensate for the high-end rice cooker. When I finally used our old blender for the first time in years, it sounded bad, smelled worse, leaked something brown (wtf is that?), and half the buttons didn't work. But Hubby liked the strawberry/banana/OJ smoothie. So he wanted a blender that worked--for that and to make his own ice-blended mochas (a little mocha, a lot of milk/ice cream).
