Smallville to end at season 10(finally!)

He'd better. This has gone on long enough. Just make him Superman and GET IT OVER WITH.

Unless this universe is so utterly alternate that he'll never become Superman, though that would be a mindfuck (and letdown) like one wouldn't believe.

i don't believe it.

Not for a frakking second.

When you shoot the zombie and it falls over and you think it's dead, you don't confirm death by touching it with your hand, you confirm by shooting the bastard again in the face, heart and genitals.

Sarah Lancaster on Chuck last week said "Thanagarian". I usually don't find her attractive, but that was quite a moment. However i don't want a Hawkman spinoff unless (Sarah Lancaster as hawkgirl/Woman?) unless they can get some decently animated/articulated wings.

I think we might see him in the cape, but only for a few seconds.

He better darn well fly way before then though.

Looks like Tom Welling finally told them no to any more seasons. Good for him. The CW would have milked this show for 20 seasons if Welling kept doing it for the money.

Thank god this terrible show is ending next year.

I am glad the show will now get an end date, and the main character will finally be allowed to grow up & embrace his destiny.

How would shooting the zombie kill it? It's dead, so what would a bullet do?

Oh I'd LOVE it if to keep the show going for another few years they actually consider the "Doctor Who" concept

Have the main character regenerate into another actor

and that actor would be Brandon Routh.

^ Exactly. I won't believe it's the final season until they've aired the series finale... and even then I may not believe it for a couple of weeks.

Tom Welling mentioned that season ten will be the last season at some event last night and there was supposed to be an offical press conference this morning or something where they were gonna announce it. It was in Michael Ausillero's article.

Maybe that's why he doesn't give many interview, he easily spills the beans.

“Season 10 of Smallville will be the last season” Tom told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at a party for Jerry Weintraub’s new book, “When I Stop Talking You’ll Know I’m Dead” at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills, Calif. May 18

The 33-year-old actor also revealed what super acting skills he’s had to learn in order to pull off his Clark Kent character for so long. “The real test is when you own it onscreen,” Tom told us. “Once you think you have perfected things, you’ve got to keep practicing. There is always something to learn! It works for me and it will work for others”

Well first he's got to survive falling thru a 5 story building without powers due to blue K dagger stuck in his gut, then we'll see where the season takes us by then I'll have a job or made a comfortable living as a new author.
Yes its about time they show him in full costume similar to GA except he's got the cape, and the EL family crest or maybe alternate super suit that doesn't look like tights.
But that's my take on what they should do for season ten.
