Okay, she didn't say that exactly, but she did make a couple of appearances on two talk shows where she teased the hosts and the audience about Lost's final episode and talked about what she wants to do next.

Here she is on Letterman...

And here she is on The View...

I think she's gorgeous, but quite a few people on this board can't separate her from her character (I think it's called Kristin Kreuk Syndrome).

Unfortunately, a lot of the problems with her character, in my opinion, have been her acting.

Whereas I've thought that despite some poor writing for her character at times (though I've never understood all the vitriol hurled at her on this board), she's one of the best actors in the cast.

I think she's a good actress. She hasn't had much to work with recently other than "whine and follow people."

Agreed. Her acting has been solid. Her character has been annoying at times and poorly written, but her acting has been just fine.
I imagine it would feel nice to kiss her.
Give her a call and tell her. She's waiting.

From IMDB

Real Steel is set in a future in which robots fight in the boxing ring. Jackman plays a former boxer-turned-manager who reunites with his estranged son (Dakota Goyo) to take his fighter to the championships.

A robot boxing movie? From Spielberg? Really?

I ... don't know what to think about this. Rock-em Sock-em robots, The Movie maybe?

The premise seems a bit thin.
