I had left over Tai Beef with rice and potatoes that my parents brought me from their night out before the play! My mom's partner saved it for me and it was fantastic!

Last night was mediocre lasagna from Barry's. Tonight, it was salsa and shrimp from Goode Seafood Company, with my homemade blueberry muffins for dessert.

I made falafel at home for the first time. It turned out pretty good but I'll be making adjustments to the recipe. Stuffed them into pitas with Greek yogurt and totally overate. :) And then peanut butter chip brownies with peanut butter frosting for dessert.

Doesn't matter. It was mother's day and the husband cooked it and cleaned up afterwards. It was great.

We had stuffed bell peppers last night. Simple and tasty.

Saturday night I made a sweet and sour Indian chicken dish, and a zuchini and tomato curry on the side. My wife made naan with it. Elaborate meal, but well worth it. I love Indian food.

Look, I posted about dinner two nights ago. Put that in your pipe and smoke it mr. thread police man.

Began with warm potato and baked goats cheese, then a main of pan-fried river trout with crushed new potatoes, crayfish, olives and lobster broth, dessert was treacle sponge with Madagascan vanilla custard. I was lucky enough to go to Simpson's on the Strand for a special dinner with relatives. I am still trying to digest all of it. :D
