Facepalm Moments

Kim asking Tuvok to help him get rid of his emotions because he's in love with a hologram. Tuvok then falls in love with the same hologram - granted, not really a hologram but still.

Tuvok's pun about sundaes.

Everytime Neelix gets Tuvok's name and species mixed up.

Equinox.

When Janeway decides it's okay to torture, and possibly kill, an unarmed, defenseless person in her custody. WTF!!!!! :wtf:

Then, she essentially gets away with it just because Chuckles was smart enough to stop it before it happened.

That unarmed, defenseless person had participated in genocidal acts as well as abandoned Janeway and her crew while they were being attacked for acts he and his shipmates had committed. He got what was coming to him - or at least he would have if Chuckles hadn't intervened.

Thank you, KimC. You saved me from having to add this tiny little fact to the first post. He was a cold-blooded murderer and a traitor. People consistently overlook that. He deserved whatever he got.

Here is one that gets to me. Icheb keeps trying to donate his cortical node to save Seven in "Imperfection."

ICHEB [OC]: Icheb to the Doctor. Report to Cargo Bay two immediately.
SEVEN: He's persistent.
EMH: Not to worry. I'll make it clear to him that persistence is futile.

The last ten seconds of the finale, when I began to realize that they had spent so much time trying to re-capture All Good Things, that I was never going to see the Paris baby, their welcome home celebration and re-assimilation into Federation society, or really anything close to resembling a satisfying end to a saga that I followed diligently through thick and thin, for seven years of my life. There may be a few other moments but that one kind of stays with me.

You pretty much just summed up what I've been trying to say about this episode since it went off the air.

(At the risk of upsetting anyone who thinks this has been done to death.) ;-)

When Kathryn interrupted a perfectly good neck massage.... to go to bed.... alone!

^^^Most definitely ^^^

How about Janeway's hair in the entire Year of Hell
Just take one moment to straighten it out... if not for yourself do it for the morale of the crew!;)

AND he was going to BREAK!:scream: :)

Really, how many times have us shippers yelled at the screen the following line:

"Oh. My. Gawd. Kathryn just kiss [insert name here], already."

I know I've done it. Every time I do, it's a facepalm moment.

janeway_ Mr. Kim at ease before you sprain something

Janeway: We're Starfleet officers. Weird is part of the job.

(Right there with TNG's "Starfleet officers don't lie.")

Oh no, I love "Weird is part of the job"!

Am I making y'all facepalm by admitting that?
