^I've found that once a regular sleep cycle is established, things will almost immediately start to get better. Hopefully you'll be able to get that set straight away.

Long story short- I realized that everyone I'd interacted with in Austin were either either fair weather friends or "helping me" as a way of getting something out of me.

I've been used and ignored enough by the people around me for the past 3-4 months and I don't really want to be around people.

No, I reached out to every single person I could think of in Austin, both for professional help and for friendship support. All I heard was the sound of crickets chirping. And public services are overhelemed.

I got tired of sugar coating and hiding how bad things were. At least I got out before I really got desperate.

I can probably help out with both, that second one especially if you're still using a PC.

Right now my priorities are just getting on a regular sleep schedule, trying not to cry all the time, eating every day and keeping the lights on/ a roof over my head. (and the cats' heads)

Sometimes that's all you can do. When I was at my worst with my depression, it was all I could do to take my meds and make myself eat and sleep regularly. It kept me alive.

You take all the time you need to get yourself together. You really do have friends here who love you.

Um, your creepy behavior was the last straw. I thought I'd made it clear that I want nothing more to do with you, period and I'd appreciate it if you'd knock it off and stop bugging both me and other people on the board. Stalking is stalking and you've gone well past that.

Are there any rules regarding this? Because this is scary. thespeckledkiwi should not get away with making someone feel scared and vulnerable in their own home. That's fucked up.

Crusher, glad to see you're okay. I can't offer much beyond moral support from here, but you've got it, and a lot more from everyone else here.

As for the journey, think of the road like this - it's partly where it's going to, but mainly where it's going from. More miles between you and Austin, not a bad thing.
