Other than the ability to interface with the animals and the planet (which is by no means a small thing obviously), they don't really do anything humans can't. I guess have a flying mount in real life would be cool.

I wouldn't mind my skeleton being reinforced with naturally occurring carbon fiber.
Or having what seems to be much greater strength & agility than the average human.

Actually, I don't think the Na'vi would be stronger, coming from a lower gravity world.

I doubt a human could withstand & deflect the blows by Quaritch's mecha, like Jake's avatar body did in the final 1on1 battle.
