Oh painkiller thread ~ Hurrah. Hoping you're feeling better Kestra. Back pain is a bitch. I've been on painkillers for it for 3 weeks now and doing my pilates etc... etc... and it still won't budge.
Anyway I've found that if you mix the diclofenac sodium with a couple of paracetamol and wash it down with wine you forget you have a back, let alone pain.

K'Eh, I just had my first treatment at a chiropractor and while I still have a lot of pain, I can already tell a difference. Have you ever tried going to one?

The same, of course. I love my TBBSers. Thanks for the good wishes about my back, everyone. It's been like this for at least five years now but I'm hoping that my chiropractor can finally offer me some solutions and pain relief. I don't want to end up sedentary or on meds long-term, so here's hoping!
