okay, that's a slight exaggeration but my back has been pretty messed up for awhile now, and it's just getting worse, but that's not the point!

Oh painkiller thread ~ Hurrah . Hoping you're feeling better Kestra. Back pain is a bitch. I've been on painkillers for it for 3 weeks now and doing my pilates etc... etc... and it still won't budge.
Anyway I've found that if you mix the diclofenac sodium with a couple of paracetamol and wash it down with wine you forget you have a back, let alone pain .
