What would you order at Siskos?

Well I have always wanted to go to a restaurant like that....seems like one of those cool restaurants you could walk in off the street and have a good meal without having to worry about paying for it!

What would you order?

I'd probably see what he could do with a pizza......then again Gumbo might be nice.....

I'd order the spicy fried chicken plate, some mustard or collard greens, and a side bowl of gumbo.

Wash it down with sweet ice tea and finish it with a slice of devil's foodcake with chocolate frosting...

Just make sure he doesn't give you any beetles that he managed to make for Nog.

I wonder how he'd do Klingon food if any of that.....or if he'd make a good bowl of Plomeek soup...

Maybe Soup and Gumbo is his specialty.

Fried Alligator with a side of Crawfish Boil style Corn on the Cob and Mashed Potatoes.

I realize thats more Cajun than Creole, but hey, the mans lived in Louisiana his whole life, I'd think he could handle it

From the show, I never got any indication that he served anything besides the traditional New Orleans food. I would love to have some authentic etouffe right now.

I would not eat at any restaurant that has 'chefs' who are sick enough to serve tube grubs.

I'd order nothing there, and go somewhere decent instead.

Well, assuming they had a real CURE in the 24th century for acid reflux disease...

I'd go for jambalaya!!!

(The sad irony is that I actually got sick for the first time--really badly sick because of my reflux, though I didn't know it at the time, was when I bought this frozen jambalaya dinner to eat...while watching the episode where the Siskos fly the Bajoran ship to Cardassia!)

I will just make sure he doesn't give me ANY alien food....after all you take the transport from San Fransisco for Dinner there for the good food instead of having to deal with replicated stuff elsewhere.
