Seven Deadly Sins Library Binding

Well, I Googled the ISBN from that site, and I found a couple dozen other entries, most of which are international sites in other languages, and one or two of which call it a "Reprint Edition."

Here's a thread I found about the publisher:
http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127112
Paw Prints is a company which seems to work with the original publisher to produce "library edition" hardcovers of books which are not normally available in (affordable) hardcovers.

So do you think that entry on Goodreads is real?
Googling the ISBN reveals at least one store that claims to sell it, but it's out of stock; it's also listed on Amazon and B&N as a library binding edition.

It certainly looks like this edition was intended to exist at some point. I don't see any evidence that it's been released yet, but also no reason to believe that it hasn't (at least through distribution to libraries).

If it's erroneous, it's one of a couple of dozen sites making the exact same error, which is possible if they all got their info from the same place. But there is some corroboration that the publisher exists and has done these "library binding" editions for other books. Yet I also found a discussion or two suggesting that such "Paw Prints" editions may be unauthorized. The available information is inconclusive.

I found nothing in that discussion to indicate that they may be unauthorized, and everything to indicate that people were confused by a vendor buying paperback editions, rebinding them, and reselling them - which is allowed under First Sale Doctrine last I checked.

^It wasn't in the discussion I linked to, but in one or two of the others I found when I Googled the ISBN. The one I linked to seemed to have the most solid information, but that was just one poster saying they had solid information, and I don't have corroboration. So I thought I'd mention that there's some uncertainty.

There's one entry for this edition in Worldcat. Anyone got an older Paw Print edition of a book I can look up? One that there'd be more entries for, presumably.
