I love beards all kinds! What about you? Currently I have a chin strap going on, men who don`t have beards why not!

Beards are great. During a 7 month trip with a friend from May to December last year, we decided to not shave and not get a haircut the whole time. The results were ridiculous. Here's me at the end of the trip, and me now, post-barber visit.

I don't have one. For one, my girlfriend doesn't like it. For another, I fear I'd look way too much like my dad if I had a beard. I'll often go without shaving for a while, but I don't really let it go beyond a moderately extreme five o'clock shadow.

I really like my beard. It's trimmed and well-groomed. I've been having it for 12 years, from my very first semester of college. And my fiancée would never forgive me if I shave it!

No. They're annoying, to me and girls, and they generally make most people look evil.
Distinguished and evil, thankyouverymuch. :D

I've got into the habit in the past couple of years of growing a beard over Winter and shaving it off when Spring comes. Last year I had it from Christmas until April. This year, I started it late because I was in Mauritius for most of January, so only started growing it when I got back.

It's more or less a full beard, but shaved to a neat neck line and off the cheeks, and trimmed to an even length to give a cleaner look. I like it. But will still probably shave it off around the start of April.

I only ever grew a beard once, and that was nearly twenty years ago. I had it for three weeks and shaved it off, never to darken the doorstep of the chin for ever more with hairy facey thing.

I have lately been unable/unwilling to make a commitment to any particular style of facial hair. As a result, I have been living in the land of perpetual stubble. Luckily, it's a look I can pull off.

I want to do something with my facial hair, but I can't figure out what.

In that first picture, you look like one of the Beatles just returning after spending six months with the Maharishi in India!

I grew a beard and mustache when I was about 19 and shaved off the beard about ten years later, and the mustache about a year after that. I don't find too much facial hair comfortable these days. It may be a coincidence, but I had much more success with women when I had the beard.

I just can't grow a full beard, too many thin spots. I don't know why, my father had to shave twice a day his beard was so thick. I've had a 'stach since I was 16 and a goatee for probably 12 years now. Mrs.Q2 loves the goatee and wouldn't have it any other way. About 5 years ago I had a visit at a "customer" that required EVERYONE to be clean shaven. So, reluctantly, before leaving the house to hit the airport for the trip, I shaved the 'stach and goatee. A few days later when I returned home, I was "ordered" to grow it all back, she didn't like the striking difference. Luckily, it only took a week or so to be back to my "normal" look.

Well, grow it back dummy! ;)

I've been rockin' a beard for about 8 years . . .

This picture is typical of how I usually look, though it varies in length depending on how lazy I am being at any given time.
