I bet there's a huge ratings drop when Jay returns. Somehow, I think this was all a plot to get rid of Conan. They did it to Dave(Letterman), now Leno once again is King, with some new guy (Fallen) following him. Jimmy better be careful. If he ends up as popular as Leno, he might go the way of the Coco!

That clip with Kimmel was hilarious! Probably planned, but still funny. I refuse to watch The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Though, I think that speaks for many here. I would watch a late sketch Conan show on FOX. Do they even have anything like that?

Anyway, it's not a big thing, obviously he considered other things more important in his settlement, that's his decision.
Conan's speech was one of the most awesome and poignant things I think I've heard, read, or seen in a VERY long time. The man is a perfect example of class and dignity, and I sincerely hope he's able to get a show back on the air by September. Before watching that clip, I probably would've made some cynical and angry remark(s) against Jay Leno, but, regardless of how I feel about that man, I'm going to look at this whole situation as positively I can and say that, regardless of how short his run was, nobody is going to be able to take away the fact that Conan O'Brien's name can and will forever be mentioned in the same breath as people like Johnny Carson, and that he has cemented himself as a comedic titan. Good luck in future endeavors, Conan.

Yes Jay, when you don't get the ratings they do take you off the air, but they didn't take Conan off. He left rather than allow himself to be humiliated, something that you don't, and never will, have the balls to do.
Considering that Carson beat the shit out of his wives I'd never say he had class.

I was watching Conan's final farewell last night and found it very sentimental. For me, personally, in terms of late night talk shows, Conan's going to be the one I remember fondly - very much like those of the generations before me speak of Johnny Carson. I was really enjoying Conan hosting the Tonight Show and remember I couldn't wait for it back when it was announced in 2004.
I refuse to watch Jay Leno's Tonight Show (I never really did anyway). I wouldn't want to be in his shoes right now. Imagine what it might be like on the first night he returns.
