Landlord/Roommate Sex?

So I just surpassed my first full month in my new place that I'm renting from this guy who happens to be six years younger than me (I'm turning 30 on the 28th). He has a girlfriend who stays over pretty much every night, or at least she has so far. Now I realize and accept the fact that they're going to have sex...this is going to be inevitable. In my last place I had a female roommate who used to bring her boyfriend home every so often and they'd have sex. It didn't bother me much since I didn't hear them...which brings me to now....

About two weeks I was in a deep sleep only to be awaken to the sound of his girlfriend screaming with pleasure. I mean she was so loud that because I was woken up from it I thought something was wrong (i.e. she was yelling for help) but it took me a second or two to realize that she was actually in orgasm. The trouble was that the orgasm was like in surround sound! It's happened two or three times since and it's so loud that it sounds like they're right outside my door instead of down the hall.

It must be the fact that I've been single for four years and have forgotten what sex is like...it was startling to say the least. Has anyone ever experienced this with a roommate or their land lord? I'm inclined to just ignore it.

Have you ever considered the possibility that they are right outside your door. Couples do tend to go all over the apartment from what I know (bad day time television exclusively) so if this go owns a few flats maybe they go beyond his apartment.

Then they are doing something wrong.

Here is how you solve the problem, you have really loud sex when they need to get up early for something. Or better yet go "Wow you two were really going at it last night, I'm so glad I filmed it!", also "Wow! You two were so hot last night it made me jerk off to the thought of you fucking". The point is try to freak him out, most guys are not very open about sex when they are having sex, yet love to make shit up to brag to their friends.
