Who said being bald was a bad thing? It is part of what makes Robau cool. Plus, if he wasn't bald, how would he re-direct the lens flares to vaporize his enemies?
Also, Robau could have beat the crap out of the Narada with his bare hands but was under contract not to so the plot could continue.
