Karl Urban -- blond or brunet?

Even with my unblemished record of 100% and staunch heterosexuality? I HAVE to admit.

Karl is fabulous.

He's that mythical kind of guy about whom people say, "Men want to be him, women (and AstroSmurf) want to do him."

Well, actually, the original idea is probably more like "women want to marry (or date) him," but let's face it, in this thread, most of us just plain ol' want to do him. Except I think cooleddie wants to hang out and knock back some beers with him.

Me, I'd wash him. Caught FX's Pathfinder this weekend and I found myself wanting to wash him up with soap and lots of warm water. . . .

If I were gay?

Karl's the kind of guy who'd TOTALLY do it for me.

Like Melvin Udall(Jack Nicholson)says in AS GOOD AS IT GETS: "Buddy...if THAT did it for me, I'd be the luckiest guy on the face of the earth."

Little known fact about CD:

Her farts smell like freshly-baked cinammon rolls, and she can suck a bowling ball through a krazy straw.

Here's something I stumbled across while I was looking around online on my lunch hour today--someone touting Karl as a wild-card contender for a 2010 Oscar supporting actor nomination. I agree the likelihood is probably nil and nil-er because it's a sci-fi movie, but it's nice to daydream (and it's worth a look because there's a photo, if nothing else ):

I don't really care if the movie or any of the actors is nominated, I just want Karl to go to the Awards ceremony, so I can watch the red carpet stuff. I do like my men spruced up in a suit :)

Oh, trampledamage, you're talkin' my language there. Karl takes the best suit photos I've ever seen.

If he offered to make whoopie with either one of us when he's wearing a suit, you and I would probably be the only two women on earth who would scream, "No! Karl! DON'T take it off!" :guffaw:

ETA: Before we head off to my sister's house to stuff ourselves with turkey and score leftovers, I want to wish a Happy Thanksgiving to all my Trek BBS friends celebrating the holiday, and a happy Thursday to those for whom it's just almost the end of the week!

But no matter where we are, here are some things we can all be thankful for:

Dressed-up Karl at a premier of the movie that we all (well, all of us in this thread, anyway) love...

Dr. Leonard McCoy, Chief Medical Officer of the Enterprise...

And last but certainly not least, new Starfleet cadet Scruffy McCoy!

I didn't see your edit - reasons to be thankful, indeed!

Hope everyone has had a good holiday :)

Well, he does pull off the unwashed look rather well (LOTR, Pathfinder) but as for hair colour, I'd go with the dark tresses. It suits those large dark eyes better.

Hee! I was bored and looking to see if YouTube had anything new, and I found this very funny clip from a (I guess) NZ show, with Karl showing up in the last 30 seconds or so:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gy05B4IvMvI&feature=related

Just a quick warning for language and a brief glimpse of a man's rear end in a hospital gown (not Karl's, darn it all).

Will have to watch it with the sound up after the kids are asleep, but he looks nice in black jeans!
