I really wish they had not made the master bleach-blonde and unshaven in this. That shot of him in the hoodie is also disturbing.

The Master needs a shave and a suit, and needs to look like John Simm and not Simon Pegg.

I believe there is a new companion in the Darksmith Legacy series, but it not read those, so I dont know who or what s/he is.

There are a couple of tag-alongs but no one who would qualify as an "ongoing companion". More a one-shot companion along the lines of Christina, Astrid and Adelaide, since Darksmith is a single story.

Grr.

"This video is not available in your area".

Over to YT.

First 2 Dr Who CIN clips are by FREAKIN NOOBIE TEEN WANNABES!

Then I got he real deal. Intriguing.

Grr.

Wow, he really has gona around the bend hasn't he? Definatley not acting like the Doctor we all know.

So this is actually a clip from the episode, and not a mini prologue like that post-regen scene with Rose from back in 2006? Need to know if I need to save the clip to my hdd.

I read that this was scenes 2, 3, and 4 of End of Time; apparently scene 1 was too spoilery to show or something.

I think not so much spoilery as pointless on its own, whereas these scenes seemed to make a nice unit.

Nice avatar material .....

I just realized that he is wearing the blue, tie-less suit in these scenes. The Matt Smith shots we've seen indicate that he dies wearing the classic brown suit, w/tie.

No, that's the brown suit. It's just the shirt is blue. You can see a little of the jacket under the lei on the right.

Aha, I see it now. It is the brown suit...

BUT...

No tie. Matt Smith is wearing 10's ruined tie in those shots we've seen.

So either he puts on his tie later...or someone made a boo-boo.

He better die wearing the tie! Love the tie.

Also, Matt Smith's bowtie better not be a clip-on.

So they start the Doctor's last adventure with all the gloom hanging over him with him babbling on about what he's been doing, not really taking the Ood's summons seriously and wearing a cowboy hat, sun glasses and a lei? I love that show.
It's quite fitting he would try to avoid the end as much as possible from when we last saw him. And Tennant strikes a good balance between the carefree early Ten and serious Ten who knows he's going to die.

I didn't catch all of the things he said he did in the mean time. Could someone enumerate? Did he say he got married but it was a mistake? And what was that about the queen?

he said he'd got married which was a mistake and something about Queen Elizabeth and her nick name being 'Good Queen Bess' and ... well... *cough*

Actually, Good Queen Bess (Queen Elizabeth I) had the nickname "The Virgin Queen." Doctor says he married her, and she needs a new nickname. Wow. Kids show, huh?

He married Queen Elizabeth I???

From Wikipedia:

Elizabeth I (7 September 1533 – 24 March 1603) was Queen of England and Queen of Ireland from 17 November 1558 until her death. Sometimes called the Virgin Queen, Gloriana, or Good Queen Bess, Elizabeth was the fifth and last monarch of the Tudor dynasty.

So, the Doctor not only married her....he apparently consummated it.

I thought his marriage was unrelated to whatever he did with Queen Elizabeth (;)). I wonder what would compel him to marry at all. I think these few lines will be debated for years to come, especially among the 'River Song married the Doctor at some point since she knows his name' crowd.
