Either the aerobreaking at the end of Darkness or the voyage through the sun at the end of Light. Those two fantastic sequences are carrying the series for me right now. Hopefully the rest of the show can improve to match them.

Honestly, so far my favourite scene was in the pilot, the Lucian Alliance attack on Icarus base and subsequent evacuation.

Slowly she moves her hand, softly touching her silky thigh, moving ever upward towards her sweet, curving (deleted expletive). Eli stood, stunned at first, then invigorated by the site of her (deleted expletive).

The attack on the base and the stargate scenes are my favorite so far as well.
