Nothing seems likely to motivate my lazy ass to the theater but these are possible rentals:
Carrier - Pine's a good actor, interesting scenario.
Gamer - I have no idea whether Michael C. Hall kills Milo Ventimiglia in this movie, but if that happened, it would mean Automatic Oscar(TM).
9 - Freaky enough to interest me.
Pandorum - Spookiness in space is a big fave of mine.
Surrogates - Fun seeing actors play their real selves and their avatars.
The Road - Looks like a quality production
Where the Wild Things Are - Irresistible.
The Box - As long as they manage to stretch the premise to two hours without collapsing into a heap of illogic and contrivance.
2012 - Sometimes you just wanna see shit get blowed up real good.
The Lovely Bones - Same reason as The Road.
Avatar - Good or bad, I gotta see it and judge for myself. If it doesn't sound like a total dog, this might lure me into the theater...
Sherlock Holmes - Robert Downey Jr. being the main draw.
