Just got back from seeing the Washington Nationals get beaten by the Colorado Rockies. My new Screech the Eagle doll is not happy with his team:

Yeah, everybody expects them to be aggressive and nasty, some people go out of their way to walk around him when all he want's to do is play and have a love
but all that fighting/aggression was been bread out of the breed decades ago - they are lazy, loving and funny looking. Love them!

I think people get bulldogs confused with pitbulls, boxers, and more aggressive breeds. They're big, drooling, lazy furballs.

It's true, but it's still hard to understand. I've always thought that they had this threatening look that was purely satirical in nature. How can you not love a dog that has satire built into it's looks?
