Actually, Brannon wrote the abomination months before they were sure they were being cancelled. He has been quoted (by fans here at BBS) as saying the episode would have aired even if the show had been picked up for S5.

So, I grew up on TNG, got really into VOY when it aired on Spike a few years ago, and enjoyed all the TOS movies and most of the episodes. However, I never got into DS9 or ENT. I'd like to start watching one of those series now and don't know which one to pick. So you all are the ENT fans, please tell me why I will love it. I'm going to post a similar thread in the DS9 forum. Thanks in advance.

It's fun??? That enough?

I like quite a few episodes of Enterprise, if not all, especially seasons 3-4. It actually got better as it went along.

Enterprise has more Vulcans than TNG. I must have Vulcans to be happy.

In fact, for several reasons, I actually enjoy this series more over-all than TNG over-all. The writing is sometimes uneven, but the cast is very good. I wish they'd followed through better with some storylines, but that is true of all Trek series,

And it has...Vulcans, way more Vulcans than Borg.

Broken Bow, Carbon Creek and lots of season 3 and most of season 4 are very entertaining.

I also like Scott Bakula a lgreat deal - I saw him live on Broadway before he ever played in Quantum Leap and he's an excellent actor (sings too). And T'Pol is a wonderful Vulcan.

I gotta have Vulcans.

Just bumping this up to add one more overview video. It took me a while to find it. I think the vid creator posted/posts here but I don't remember his handle. Every episode is represented, in order. It's quite amazing, and never fails to make me want to put in the DVDs.

That's just great and I remember seeing that for the first time, a few years back. I've added that to one of my YouTube playlists. A couple of HopefulRomantic's vids too.

On a similiar note, does anyone recall a music video featuring the Xindi mission climax set to Linkin Park's "In The End"? I've looked everywhere and would love to see it again.
