Shakes head. What is wrong with these guys? Doesn't Star Trek's performance merit less of a drop??
Paramount ought to be overjoyed a TREK film has outgrossed films like the first BATMAN, GHOSTBUSTERS, T2, TWISTER and---within a day or two---one of the Harry Potters.
Borgminister, I am looking forward to your report back. When do you go?
I paid $16-16.50.
I agree; I tried the one at the Museum of Science and Industry and got green around the gills.Domed IMAX theaters are not good (IMO) for viewing "popcorn" movies though. I went through that experience with one of the Harry Potter films at the San Jose domed IMAX.
I paid $16-16.50.
My IMAX San Francisco viewing back on 5/17 was 15.00... at 1.30 p.m.

Yeah, Dublin is $16.50; so is San Diego.
Which IMAX is picking up Trek anyway?
Yes; in a way, those trips to the planetariums way back when were like a precursor to IMAX.But they are good obviously for the 3D nature and astronomy films...
I paid $16-16.50.
