To be fair, at the time Luke didn't know Leia was his sister, had almost been eaten by a snow monster and nearly froze to death. Furthermore Leia was hot.
Though one wonders how Luke and Leia acted toward one another after ROTJ. Leia always seemed more into Han so maybe she really thought nothing of it, but Luke... Luke definitely had the hots for his... sister...

His sister was hot and they didn't "grow up as brother and sister" so it's really on icky in a "we share DNA" level not in a "we grew up together, fought with one another, were bathed together as todlers, etc." level.
Really? Wonder if it will be better than the one Fishburne was in. Really enjoyed that one.

I think the difference is called the 'Westermark Effect' or something similar, where growing up with individuals of the gender that your attracted to aren't seen as people you'd think of in a sexual manner. It's why some have trouble thinking of the concept of being attracted to friends they've grown up with, not just siblings.
