"Unknown Life-Form" found in sewer system

It's the 1950s and we're at the Drive-In watching Attack Of The Bryozoans From Phobos.

So, footage of a primitive lifeform.

And some Bryozoa too.

Jesus. When the aliens do arrive, if they meet rednecks first, we're doomed.

ya know, I hate to be the one to say this, but, when you boldly go where no man has gone before, you should expect to find new lifeforms and new civilizations

That second video illustrates why we're doomed as a species.

It's sad when you're in a video with a primitive life form, and it's hard to tell which species is the intelligent one.

It's almost like a bad scifi film

The red necks kill the babies of the creature then the mother alien kills them.

Quick! Someone sell this story to Hollywood, pronto! ;)

So a bunch of rednecks find these things in a lake, and their first instinct is to see what happens when they shoot them? Shocking. Almost as shocking as making sure their kids are around for the "fun".

Well, it's interesting stuff... I just hope they don't eventually evolve and turn into this.

I see here that Kirk could have saved himself a lot of trouble. Why bother with a starship when all he needed was a pair of waders and a torch?

If the X-Files were still on they'd get a solid episode out of this. Maybe it'd be a sequal to the Flukeman one.

OMG! that is just weird...I keep expecting some creature to burst out of the blobs.
Its amazing that things as weird as this can exist right on our own planet!
