Is it still showing where YOU live?

They still have one of the posters up on a newstand at 41st and 6th in NY.....I should ask the news stand guy who's in charge of that...I would love to have that movie poster!!!

I saw it again a few days ago. It had been moved to one of the smaller theatres at the googleplex, but it still had a decent crowd.

There is a big cinema about 5 mins away from where I live it's not showing there anymore but it's still showing in a small cinema about 20 mins away from where I live.

Well, it's gone from the IMAX now again. It was my 19th visit; I have to find some place for the weekend.

Next town over has a 6:00 showing so that's where I went today. More than 30 people there, at least half who clearly hadn't seen it before. Just 3 people with grey hair. Added plus to this theater is different trailers, no Land of the Lost, no Year One, yay!

Possibly STXI will get some spillover this weekend from people who don't get into Transformers?

Well, the

-Krikorian in Vista
-Edwards Cinemas in San Marcos

are still showing it.

The UltraCrap (UltraStar) in La Costa aren't showing it anymore because they're lame.

Augh! My theatre changed the showing times for today... 10:10 pm it is, then! I was really hoping to see it this afternoon.

Trek is coming to the Warner Theater in downtown Morgantown on Friday. So is Terminator Salvation - and for some strange reason unknown to me, TS is getting more screenings per day. This, even though each film gets one screen all to itself. You'd think they would give more screenings to the more successful film.

As expected, yesterday was the final showing in our town :(

Next town over is still showing it four times a day, at least until next Tuesday.

It's gone from the ones I was using, too; but it's still playing in plenty of the nearby 'burbs. We may have to drive in a little bit, perhaps to doggeh's AMC Cantera 30, which thankfully still plays it this weekend. I need to make it an even 20 times at least.

Yep, it is still showing in the two theatres close to me (and the one I went to last night, the Frank Theatre, bumped it back to two screens and the showing I went to was half-full! On a Wednesday night! At 6:55 pm!)

Plus, the Frank still has the promo stuff hanging up, and is still offering their Star Trek Combo: soda, popcorn and a box of Star Trek gummies!

I checked the Manhattan papers and it's still playing around but only in the bigger theaters and going strong in IMAX. It is gone from most theaters though compared to what it was.

No longer at IMAX, but it playing at the following venues and times in my region (in English--there are a number of French showings as well throughout the area, but I don't watch dubbed movies if I can avoid it):

damn..

As of this weekend, all my local theaters are no longer showing Star Trek..
nearest one is 20 miles away...

As more theaters drop the film, it'll get harder for the film to increase it's take..
