I want to start losing weight at least 2 stone before the end of the year if not a little more. Made a list of what foods are better than others and general facts on eating better. Am going to start with the simple stuff...
* Have Breakfast more often probably some ceral and fruit
* Lunch - try to have stuff like small portion of beans with toast no butter. Also I could just have a sandwich like Tuna or chicken hopefully with no mayo or little as. Also try and have fruit too so 2 out of 5 a day.
* Dinner - More meals containing a mixture of Pasta, Jacket Potatoes, Roast Potatoes, Fish like Cod, Tuna or Salmon. Meats like Chicken but cooked in non oil so no chip pan nuggets etc.
* Snack less inbetween meals though work on 5 fruits a day like Juice, Apple, Bannana, Grapes, Pears, Orange.
* Drink only water, water + Juice or fruit Juice (water 3 litres a day I read)
* 30 Mins of Exercise most days
Starting playing Tennis again this summer after a 2 year break but for colder months in winter and early spring try to take up biking. Have this exercise machine at home too which incudes timer/calories burnt up clock so that should help too and I could take dads dog for a walk too I guess sometimes.
No junk food diet should be fun
