I learned a valuable lesson about eating healthy!

The lasr 4 days I have been worried because my heart hasn't felt very good. I was worried I might have heart disease or something really wrong. I just got from the ER because I couldn't stand just waiting and they did all the tests and I am fine.

The lesson is your heart might start to feel bad if you eat nothing but pizza rolls and drink Diet Dr Pepper. From now on, or until I start feeling better again and forget I am going to start eating more healty stuff in my diet. Things like apples and salad. From now on instead of Tripple Whopper at Burger King I will get the Double Wopper. I will drink only a few Diet Doctor Peppers a day and then drink some Ice tea or water.

I was fooled the magic of exercise. I have been loosing weight but that isn't because I was eating better. I just walk alot and masturbate alot and do alot of housework.

The only bad news is I just realized they forgot to take off those sticker things they do when they monitor your heart. That is what I am going to do,soon as I post this thread.

From now on instead of Tripple Whopper at Burger King I will get the Double Wopper.

If you are really worried about your heart cut out the junk food altogether.

Well I don't eat candy. Well I almost don't every eat candy so I figured that was good enough. I don't want to completely give up on good food. I will just have to stick some healthy crap inside me as well.

May I ask your age Jason?

I'm 33 years old. That is also a reason I got worried. I am getting older even though the doctors said I am to young for heart disease. Doesn't help though when you have OCD and you freak out everytime your feeling sick or something dioesn't feel right. Everytime I get sick I always start worrying about cancer or something horrible.

The thought of anything from a hamburger place does not make think of good food.

It just makes me feel slightly queezy.

Fast food is one of the worst things you can put in your body. I eat it from time to time, but I certainly would not consider it "good food."

It's very possible to eat healthy food that is also delicious. I do it every day. You just can't be lazy about it.

Soda, even diet soda, is still really bad for you, too. You're going to start only having a few a day? How many were you having before?! I drink maybe half a can every 3 or 4 days.

I would drink about 5 a day. I only drink diet which I figured is pretty good. It's about the only thing I would drink. I hate water and stoped drinking tea though I want to start back up on that.

Holy cow, buddy, you're pretty much destroying your body.

Well I was loosing a weight. I've always pretty much went with the asumption that if you loose weight your getting healty,if you gain weight your health is getting worst.

That's a rather simplistic way of looking at it. There are a lot of things that affect health other than body fat.
 
You should make your own meals. Prepared food always has more additives than freshly made.
 
You are eating 'junk food' on a regular basis and you just deduced it's the reason your heart might be in trouble?

You don't have to be on apples and salads all the time.
Just cut the junk food out and replace it with home-cooked meals for the most part.

Or ... if/when you are eating junk food, limit yourself to chicken, little or no bread (forget the potatoes that go with it) along with salads (soda drinks out of the question, and don't overdo the dressing on the salad).
Eat some vegetable soups as well.

Junk food can contain nutritional values if you know how to select the proper stuff from the ones that aren't so good.
Cutting back on soda drinks and sticking mainly with water or plain juices is also a good thing.

But yes, I'd recommend you cut off the junk food altogether for a while and switch to something different.

I live in London and I cook for myself.
I spend roughly £20 per week for food and i cook soups, make various salads and meat (primarily chicken) ... I also don't like it when I don't have veggies as I cannot make proper salads or extras to go along with the pasta or just the lunch itself.
After doing my recent blood test, everything was top notch.

It's not that difficult to cook after all.
 
Please take better care of your body. Switch to sandwiches. The taste would suck at first because your taste buds have been destroyed. Switch to water. Eat some fruit. See a nutritionist.

This may sound like lecturing but drinking all that diet pop and eating all those burgers is pretty bad for you.
