They could have done a lot more with Mardah

I really liked her character and her relationship with Jake. It's a shame she left because they're could've been a lot of potential.

I'm afraid I have to agree. I didn't find her that interesting, to be honest.

Well, at least Meg Foster put effort into her performance. A lot of characters that could've been forgettable one-shots were made great by good actors (Kor, Kang, Khan, Tomalok).

Personally, i thought the idea had more potential than the final execution; but the casting (& costuming) suggested that Jake either really, REALLY missed his mother... or that he was bottle-fed
