Doing my usual Amazon checking, I came across this release.
http://www.amazon.com/Star-Trek-Inc...=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1243440206&sr=1-2
Now, I'm fully aware of Amazon not being a reliable source, cancelled or non-existent books appearing in their results (the Orion Factor trilogy is still present on Amazon.co.uk, BTW), etc.
This one, however, has a definite release date (no December 2010 placeholder), and would slot in perfectly with Margaret's New Year's Eve mention of an "as yet undetermined" TOS-era novel for March 2010 (since Sorrows of Empire is mentioned there as a February release, but now looks to be the January MMPB, it stands to reason that the March release might also have been pushed forward a month to be the February release). Perry's done TOS before, with Cloak, and is a big TOS fan, so the author isn't an implausible, left-field appointment...
