Yeah, they make cars with the speedometer on the glass of the windshield. Playing video on it at some point in several centuries isn't impossible.Was the bridge ever int he dome part? I thought the dome sat on top of the bridge like a sensor pod or something. Not sure I'm buying the window bit because it wouldn't seem easy to change view angles (aft view).
Well, it was a window, but it's one of those windows with the overlay technology (we have that now!), where you can be staring out the window one moment, flip a switch and you're talking to someone a thousand miles away. It's more than just a window, though.

There's a company that has made a polymer that is a few mm thick, yet can display true color video. It's fascinating.
