What superhero had the dumbest looking costume?

For those who said superman, I'd have to agree. His, as well as Clark Kent's. How does he really think that he can be a reporter and wear tights with the underwear on the outside but no mask and expect that people won't recognize him?
Because it works? Nobody ever recognizes him! Who cares why? :D

That comic panel makes no sense.

Uhh, do you mean Plastic Man disguising himself as a dress to replace a dress sent to Barda as a gift to get 'close' to Barda, or Barda's reaction to realizing that it was Plas she was wearing?

The first part. Just wasn't clear to me what was happening now it makes... a "little" more sense.

At first I thought Plastic Man disguised himself as the woman, and then I was wondering how they noticed who he was, now I wonder how they knew it was Plastic Man, (OMG! That dress has a stripe on it!) and what's happening in the last panel. Is Barda bad? Ugh. It's just not a very well laid on page and unclear on what is happening. (And I guess lacks the context of the rest of the issue.)

Yeah, it took me a read or two, too. Barda's a reformed villain. She just doesn't suffer fools. And Plas is, well, a pervert.

You've got to admire his spirit and tanacity. ;)

I wonder if he knows how much perv-fiction is out there on the internet of being transformed into an article of womens clothing and being worn?

;)

Barda was never a villain, Plastic Man is the reformed villain guy.
Well, Barda is a reformed Apokoliptikan. She escaped Granny Goodness and married Scott Free (Mr. Miracle). She never menaced Earth. I don't know if she ever made anyone die for Darkseid. She seems to have some anger issues.

Yeah, it was on that basis that I called her a villain. I guess technically she never threatened Earth, but, she did work for Darkseid.

It's not a costume, but what was up with Storm's mohawk look in the 1980s? That style did not suit her at all.

Superman's long hair after his big return was slightly worse, but they both belong in the category of styles best forgotten.

Plus there were the times he had a five o'clock shadow along with the mullet, making him look like superex-convict as well.

That was the best look she ever had, and a big reason I ever started reading the X-Men in the first place. Few super heroes looked as cool as Mohawk Storm.

It's even dumber when you think "how does he put it on? He has no hands!"

I swear I sat next to that guy on a Greyhound bus once.

My vote would be Robin. I've never liked any incarnation of the character, and I've especially never liked his outfit.

I mean, no wonder some people think Batman's a pedophile. Who in the hell would dress a pre-teen boy in an outfit like that?

He doesn't look as bad now though. I will say that.
