This IQ test is quite a good one, one of the best i've come across, I wouldn't have posted this if I didn't think it was a good one.
I'm sick of people on here claiming to have high IQ's so let's all get this out in the open so we can see who actually has a head on their shoulders and who doesn't.

What's your IQ? and don't lie about it, if it's low then that's ok, nothing to feel ashamed about.

I scored 136 on the test. So I rather doubt the accuracy of that as there is no way my IQ is that high, not that I have ever been tested properly mind.

Yes, the final section of the IQ test was to see if you could work out that it gets e-mailed to you.

I don't have time to try that one now, but I scored 144 on a similar test a while ago. These online tests are very inaccurate though, there's absolutely no way my IQ is actually that high. I was thinking of having a real one done at some point just to see how far off I am from 144 though..

I really don't think they are worth much anyway, intelligence is measured so many ways besides logical tests. What makes that kind of intelligence the one we should focus on?

I know immensely creative people who would suck at things like that, to my mind creativity is intelligence though.

I just woke up and am quite drowsy, but 139. Meaningless number as you can be supremely intelligent and never use it or you can be of below average intelligence and excel.

I apparently took this same test several years ago and got a 122. Which would have been slightly lower than my "real" IQ at the time. And yes, contrary to what people say results from these things do change.

In my experience, those online test max out at about 140, and it isn't that difficult to get 100% of the answers correct. The part where intelligence comes in is to overcome your feelings of inadequacy or vanity, and not shell out $9.95 on an automatically generated personal profile.

^ That's a good point, if they were accurate not many people would pay for a breakdown of how thick they are.

Also I am fairly sure I got 95% of it right, so it must max out not far above what you say.

You know what I find annoying, these people who are a part of mensa because they apparently have high IQ's. These people seem to get enormous heads from it and believe they're smarter than everyone else when truth is they're probably more stupid.

Anyone ever watched eggheads? those eggheads piss me off with the way they think they're the smartest people on the planet and better than everyone else.

I took some real intelligence tests administered by professionals, back when they were assessing how much brain damage I have. I'd really rather not say what the results were.
