Me three! I dropped the pup off at the goomers then I went to my hair place. The pup and I are now well-coiffed.

Myself, I looked as though I'd been dragged through the undergrowth for a few miles before I got there, both in appearance and disposition. Money well spent.

Nothing exciting, believe me. Antibiotics, antivirals, blood pressure, stuff for my digestive tract, magnesium oxide, albuterol, etc. It's all boring and takes up way too much of my time in the morning.

Aw, shucks.

Actually I've had an epiphany. I decided it didn't make sense to go to the club or for a bike ride while my energetic puppy sits in a kennel. Besides, if he doesn't get enough activity he pounces on my ankles which will not do with strappy shoe season coming up.

So we've been walking three miles a day. Today after our walk I stocked up on my Kambucha drinks from Whole Foods. Fermented mushrooms - yum!
