If the Enterprise is the prototype then it is the first of the Enterprise class.

They should have an Enterprise Class. I always thought it took away from the Enterprise's slightly that none of them were ever an Enterprise Class....
I mean were the Constitution, Excelsior, Constellation, Galaxy or Sovereign better ships???
Just my point of view.
Agreed! Unless we FINALLY find out who ''Future Guy'' was!I remember that claim too...
And I somehow doubt the new ship is designed specifically for time travel. If it is, I will be rather disappointed. The one thing Trek needs less of is time travel.
WHO wants to hear my theory's?^That is bait I cannot resit. Before I die I gotta know, who in Hades Future Guy really was.![]()
YUP!Do you mean the 'Future Guy' from the Temporal Cold War in Star Trek Enterprise?
Same one.Hey ''Richard Baker'' or you the same ''Richard Baker'' from HobbyTalk.com?

I have 6 or 7 people I think my have been the future dude!
I'd be inclined to doubt that there was a leaked script line. As for the claim: any idea where or when that might have been? A lot of claims of one thing or another are made -- some even turn out to have substance -- but this doesn't sound like anything I recall seeing posted here.Isn't there a leaked script line or visible diagram on the bridge saying the Enterprise is still a Constitution-class vessel, though? Someone at some point claimed one or both.
