It doesn't surprise me that his ratings are good. There are plenty of people who believe the terrible things he says and thankfully there are only so many places on mainstream television where you will find them. They're pretty much all on Fox so it's easy enough to avoid them.

That's a strange statement, I mean how would you define that? He's certainly not #1 in his timeslot overall, and "cable news show" is a pretty small category, isn't it, how many other shows would even qualify for that?

And "any form of media"? That's just ridiculous, how about programs like Hockey Night in Canada, The Tonight Show or SNL? Nevermind radio, newspapers or non-english media...
