obviously that is just some experimental proto type where the klingons envious of the power of the sombrero tried to harness their natural fear and distrust of it and adapted one of their ships.
that it isnt exactly working out comes from./.,, well the ship looks like it is about to have a nervous breakdown dealing with going against its true nature.
